Re-Architecting Identity Through Neuro-Language and States of Being

•  Individuals  •  Couples  •  Parents  •  Teens  •

Re-Architecting Identity Through Neuro-Language and States of Being Training teaches you how to recognize what has been mapping your life, where identity decay begins, and how to architect Who You Are Becoming generating new States of Being through Metacognition and Neuro-Language.

Identity is Who You Are, What is Moving Through You and Who You are Becoming.

From What Is Difficult Now to Who You Want to Become

You do not need to have a serious problem to want to make something better.

Sometimes life hurts. Sometimes the same problem keeps coming back. Sometimes you are doing well but feel pulled in different directions, unsure what matters most, or ready for something more.

Identity Architecture means looking at the patterns that have shaped how you see yourself, how you react and interact in life, and what you believe is possible for you.

The goal is not only to solve what is difficult today. The goals is to help you move toward Who You Want to Become.

And I don’t mean becoming a job title, taking on another role, or trying to become someone you are not.

I mean becoming more of your Authentic Self: more able to make clear choices, use your strengths, live by what matters to you, more confident, more grounded, and become the best version of yourself that you can be:

  • Your Authentic Self
  • Your Best Self
  • Your Future Self
  • Your Ideal Self
  • Your Highest Self

Teens & Young Adults

Growing up means making choices before you always know who you are yet.

School. Friends. Parents. Dating. Social media. College. Career. Culture. Expectations.

You may feel:

  • unsure / pulled in different directions
  • stuck between choices / not sure what comes first
  • pressured to make everyone happy
  • unsure what school or career is right for you
  • caught between your family’s values and your own
  • different at home than you are with friends
  • afraid of disappointing your parents
  • worried you are not good enough
  • unsure who you really are becoming

Thus, you want to make something better! Because it matters to you:

The choices you make now can shape many years of your life.

The goal is not to tell you who to be. It is to help you understand yourself, make clearer choices, build confidence, and become more able to say:

This is what matters to me. This is the direction I want to go.

Individuals

You can want something different even when you cannot fully explain what needs to change.

Maybe the same relationship problem keeps happening.

Maybe you overthink, doubt yourself, take care of everyone else, or have trouble saying no.

Or maybe your life is going well, but you want greater confidence, direction, meaning, or personal growth.

You may be asking:

  • Why is it so hard to make a decision?
  • Why do I keep reacting this way?
  • Why do I know better but still do the same thing?
  • What do I really want?
  • What part of this is actually me?
  • Who do I want to become next?

Thus, you want to make something better! Because it matters to you:

Many patterns begin long before we realize they have become part of how we live.

Understanding them gives you more choice.

The work moves your observation from what keeps happening toward how do I want to think, feel, respond, and live. and become more able to say:

This is what matters to me. This is the direction I want to go.

Professionals

Professional growth is not only about learning more. It is also about who you are when pressure rises.

You can be skilled, educated, and successful and still struggle with confidence, difficult people, leadership, boundaries, speaking up, or knowing what direction to take next.

You may:

  • know your work but question yourself
  • avoid difficult conversations
  • take criticism too personally
  • feel responsible for everyone
  • work hard but still feel you must prove yourself
  • struggle to choose between several good opportunities
  • feel successful / uncertain about what comes next
  • know you are ready for more but not know what “more” should be

Thus, you want to make something better! Because it matters to you:

The way you see yourself affects how you lead, speak, decide, handle pressure, and respond to other people.

Professional development becomes deeper when you are not only building skills.

You are also developing the person using those skills.

Thus, you begin to understand how This is what matters to me. This is the direction I want to go.

Parents

Sometimes the child you knew becomes a teenager or adult you no longer know how to reach.

You may love your child deeply and still find yourself arguing, worrying, pushing, correcting, or not knowing what to say anymore.

You may be dealing with:

  • “They don’t listen to me anymore.”
  • “Everything turns into an argument.”
  • “I’m afraid they are making the wrong choices.”
  • “I don’t know when to help and when to let go.”
  • “We grew up in different cultures.”
  • “I want them to succeed, but they say I pressure them.”
  • “I don’t recognize the relationship we have now.”

Thus, you want to make something better! Because it matters to you:

Because parenting changes as children grow.

What worked when they were younger may not work now.

The goal is not to become a perfect parent.

The goal is to understand what is happening between you, communicate differently, reduce repeated conflict, and understand how your child is growing into their own person, especially when they are growing up in a different culture with different values, expectations, and choices.

It is about building a relationship that can grow as both of you change.

Thus, you begin to understand how This is what matters to me. This is the direction I want to go.

Couples

Most couples do not argue because they want to hurt each other. They can’t communicate their needs and often get caught in the same pattern of miss-communication.

One pushes. The other pulls away.

One wants to talk now. The other needs time.

One feels ignored. The other feels criticized.

Soon, you are no longer talking only about what happened today. Old hurt, fear, expectations, and past experiences are rush inside you.

You may be dealing with:

  • the same argument again and again
  • feeling unheard or misunderstood
  • emotional distance
  • different needs for closeness or space
  • jealousy or trust problems
  • difficulty setting boundaries
  • family or cultural differences
  • feeling like you have lost yourselves inside the relationship

Thus, you want to make something better! Because it matters to both of you:

Better communication helps, but sometimes the problem is deeper than finding better words.

You may need to understand what gets activated inside each of you before the argument even begins.

The goal is to help each person understand themselves and each other better, and build (or rebuild) a relationship that allows both of you to grow:

  • how to communicate effectively
  • what to say what you really need
  • how to resolve an old hurt
  • how to re-ignite your passion for each other

It is about building or re-building the relationship that can blossom as both of you get clarity about what needs to be made better.

Thus, you begin to understand how This is what matters to me. This is the direction I want to go.

You might Be Confused

People are usually experiencing something more specific. It might sounds like

  • unsure / pulled in different directions
  • uncertain / not sure what to choose
  • torn between choices / afraid of choosing wrong
  • too many options / not sure what matters most
  • family expectations / my own direction
  • what I should do / what I want to do
  • two cultures / two sets of expectations
  • what others want / what feels right for me
  • not sure who to listen to / not sure what to trust
  • ready for the next step / unsure which step

But you dont have to expereince this anymore

Ask me questions.

There is no wrong question.

Get to understand how easy it is to Become Who You wish to Be.

Identity is Who You Are, What Moves Through You, and Who You Are Becoming.

Identity is not only your personality. It is not only your story, your beliefs, your emotions, your past, or your behavior.

Identity is the inner architecture through which you experience yourself, relate to others, respond to life, and decide what feels possible for you.

Some parts of identity are chosen.
Many parts are learned.
Some were shaped by family, culture, relationships, protection, fear, rejection, success, failure, social roles, and the need to belong.

Over time, what is repeated can begin to feel like “this is just who I am.”

But it may not be who you are. It may be what has been moving through you for a long time.

At the center of Identity Architecture is The Self.

The Self is the deeper “you” that can observe. Identity is the current architecture being experienced.  Identity Architecture works with the patterns that shape identity so a person can begin to recognize what is automatic, what is protective, what is inherited, what is socially projected, and what no longer belongs to who they are becoming.

This work moves beyond symptom management by using Metacognition, Neuro-Language, Word Triangles, and the intentional generation of States of Being to re-architect the inner conditions that shape experience.

Identity Architecture does not ask only, “How do I feel?” It asks the deeper question:  Who am I becoming?

Re-Architecting Identity Through Neuro-Language and States of Being Training teaches you how to recognize what has been mapping your life, where identity decay begins, and how to architect Who You Are Becoming by generating new States of Being through Metacognition and Neuro-Language.

Identity Architecture works on the structure that generates identity.

It changes the internal conditions that make particular thoughts, reactions, behaviors, and versions of The Self become automatic.

When those conditions change, identity reorganizes to wholeness.

Carmen Sauci

Carmen Sauci, BCHt, CHI, is a neuro-coach, and internationally acclaimed author, board-certified hypnotherapist and certified hypnosis instructor. She is the patent holder of Feelfulness® Meta-Conscious Therapeutic Design and Identity Architecture™, an integrated system that brings together depth psychology, hypnosis, neuroscience, metacognition, and spiritual psychology within a cohesive architecture of transformation.

Inspired by the work of Carl Jung, Milton Erickson, Antonio Damasio, Carl Rogers, and David R. Hawkins, Carmen trains practitioners to develop Therapeutic Mastery through the intentional generation of Therapeutic States of Being, Neuro-Language, Transferring Therapeutic Consciousness, and Identity Architecture.

Rather than simply introducing new therapeutic techniques, Carmen's work introduces missing distinctions that reorganize how practitioners  think therapeutically and observe clinical work.

When practitioners train with Carmen Sauciuc, they do not simply learn additional therapeutic techniques. They begin to perceive therapy differently. Through Identity Architecture™, they discover missing distinctions that reveal clinical patterns, therapeutic opportunities, and deeper structures of human experience that were previously invisible.

These distinctions not only change the resolution at which practitioners perceive therapy but become the foundation for greater precision, discernment, and Therapeutic Mastery. Like looking through a microscope instead of a magnifying glass, practitioners begin to recognize structures, relationships, and therapeutic possibilities that were always present but previously unseen. For example:
  • Insight vs Identity Re-Architecture
  • Identity-Level Work vs Identity Architecture Work
  • Empathy vs Self-Other Distinction
  • Feeling Better vs Becoming Different
  • Linguistics vs Neuro-Language as Prescription
  • Symptom Reduction vs Therapeutic Mastery
  • Observation vs Metacognitive Observation
  • Techniques vs States of Being
  • Working with Behavior vs Working with the Architecture that Generates Behavior
  • Therapeutic Presence vs Transferring Therapeutic Consciousness
These distinctions not only change the resolution at which practitioners perceive therapy but become the foundation for greater precision, discernment, and Therapeutic Mastery. Like looking through a microscope instead of a magnifying glass, practitioners begin to recognize structures, relationships, and therapeutic possibilities that were always present but previously unseen.
